We’re equally committed to creating a working environment where employees not only feel included but feel like they belong. With this vision in mind, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us to help create innovative and inclusive recruitment experiences to attract, engage & nurture students and candidates seeking alternative entry points to LinkedIn. As a member of the Emerging Talent Recruiting team, you will have the opportunity to develop & execute inclusive hiring strategies for our Emerging Talent Programs including Graduate Programs, Internship Programs, Apprenticeships and other non-traditional Feeder Programs. This is a role where you have the unique opportunity to make a huge impact on the career trajectory of candidates across the EMEA & LATAM region by providing a first-class recruitment experience and building inclusive & accessible pathways to LinkedIn.  Reporting directly to the Manager, Emerging Talent Programs, you will be part of a close team who together will embark on an exciting journey to co-create & drive the vision, priorities & roadmap for our Emerging Talent Strategy in EMEA & LATAM. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Own recruiting for Emerging Talent roles across the organisation including Graduate Programs, Internships, Apprenticeships and other Feeder Programs 

  • Create inclusive recruitment strategies to ensure we embed Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging into every hiring process and initiative 

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to your hiring managers by understanding hiring needs and designing innovative & creative recruiting strategies to attract diverse multi-lingual candidates to our various programs

  • Drive the full lifecycle recruitment process from sourcing stage right through to offer stage

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by adopting our “members first” company value and provide mentorship & guidance to students & candidates as they move through the process 

  • Build regional insights & relationships in our various EMEA & LATAM offices to better understand the talent landscape across the region

  • Build early engagement strategies to attract candidates at the beginning of their job search journey and participate in events & activities aimed at nurturing this talent 

  • Lead the planning & execution of recruitment events across the region, both in person & virtual and represent our programs both internally & externally 

  • Identify, build & maintain strong relationships with key universities & external organisations based on and strategic hiring initiatives & goals 

  • Partner with our Talent Attraction team to develop our Talent Brand strategy

  • Contribute ideas & feedback on a regular basis to help us scale

  • Track and analyse hiring data to identify trends, track progress against goals and inform recruitment strategy

  • Partner with regional and global recruiting partners to ensure overall alignment in recruiting strategy, branding, and approach

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of experience working in: Talent Acquisition or Campus/University programs or Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging

  • Experience hiring for Campus Programs/Development Programs and/or experience building Diversity & Inclusion initiatives

  
Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Project/Program Management experience, specifically related to University or Development Program Recruitment 

  • Passionate about Early Career Talent, Diverse Talent and building Talent Communities

  • Experience designing & implementing Diversity & Inclusion strategies 

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing  

  • Experience communicating across all levels of an organisation, as well as externally 

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool   

  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)   

  • Experience using data to drive strategy and decision making  

  • Strong understanding of influencing stakeholders & hiring managers 

  • Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media   

  • Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills   

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment.
