We are looking for a thoughtful Program Manager to play a key role in scaling our Partner Program globally with a focus on API partners and developers. Exceptional candidates will have a strong background building impactful relationships, likes to roll up their sleeves, is an analytical problem solver that understands the marketing technology landscape, and has a superior entrepreneurial sense that marries the possible to the extraordinary.  

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the various Programs LinkedIn offers to our Partner Ecosystem, including Incentive Programs, Marketing Development Funds, among others.  

  • Develop creative, scaled programs and engagements to help Partners successfully ramp with LinkedIn and progress in our partner ecosystem. 

  • Collaborate with LinkedIn Field Sales, Agency, and other cross-function teams; identify opportunities to leverage our marketing APIs as a growth lever for their businesses.  

  • Work cross-functionally with a number of internal teams including data science, product, marketing, field sales, and support/operations teams.  

  • Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends to demonstrate Programs impact. Develop scorecards for Partner Program Activations.  

  • Maintain subject matter expertise of partner ecosystems and stay up-to-date with marketing technology and API trends. 

  • Work closely with Partner Managers, supporting and deploying Programs to further develop our relationship with each Partner and driving incremental Customer Value.  
     

  • Define Program success requirements and produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of their impact, needs and growth opportunities. 

 

  • Provide ongoing education to partners about new and existing LinkedIn Marketing Solutions to enable growth and innovation 
     

  • Some travel required, as appropriate 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

 

  • BA/BS Degree 

  • 7+ years of online media, ad technology or marketing technology experience  

  • 5+ years of experience within a Partnerships or Sales function, especially strategic partner management (medium to large scale projects) 

  • Project/Program Management knowledge and experience 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • MBA Preferred. 

  • Proven track record developing and growing partner programs with 3rd party advertising or marketing technology companies. 

  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills; skilled at building strong relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally to drive results and revenue acceleration. 

  • Ability to understand and break down complex and often technical issues and drive projects forward with multiple deliverables, teams and deadlines. 

  • Positive, can-do spirit and adept at dealing with large-cross-functional organizations and a fast paced and frequently changing work environment. 

  • Proven communication and presentation skills  

  • Experience working with API technology partners and developers 

  • Experience with Project Management platforms
