Talent Acquisition is looking for a Talent Acquisition Events Partner who will collaborate with Engineering and Talent Acquisition on creating compelling media assets and execute events that positions LinkedIn as the employer of choice by strengthening its engineering brand.  

Roles &  Responsibilities 

  • Own and manage multiple, concurrent projects (Events as well as media branding initiatives) based on business need.

  • Design and deliver an effective recruitment marketing strategy

  • Create original concepts and write promotional content that is compelling, on brand, and focused on promoting LinkedIn’s engineering brand and generating top talent.

  • Work closely with Engineering, Media Production/Design and Communication teams to create relevant high-quality content. 

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and help identify key trends and findings.

  • Responsible for executing programs for Engineering and TA teams in India that align with our talent strategy

  • Execute programs against project plan: action items, owners, due dates, statuses, issues, lessons learned, etc.

  • Oversee post event recruitment metrics 

  • Oversee event logistics, shipments, budgeting and inventory

Basic Qualification 

  • 2+  years of experience in Talent Branding, content marketing, recruitment marketing, or other relevant experience 

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualification 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Rigorous attention to detail

  • Experience with content ideation, development and copywriting for blogs, careers websites, job board articles, talent media and social campaigns  

  • Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills 

  • Prior experience with Program Management

  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Ability to work effectively through ambiguity to build and scale newly-defined programs and processes
