The Learning & Engagement (L&E) team will focus on cross-selling learning and engagement products into existing hiring accounts. You will lead a team that consistently identifies, qualifies, and captures new and expansion sales opportunities. You will have a solid understanding of Enterprise HR platforms and products, be a fantastic coach, and focus on building a team that consistently hits its commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver regional monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in alignment with region goals.
  • Understand customer goals and challenges and coach your team to establish LinkedIn Learning and Glint as the best solutions available
  • Run tight operational cadence with team including hitting key sales activity KPIs, running an accurate forecasting process, instilling CRM discipline
  • Collaborate with senior L&E leadership and AD leadership to define strategy and lead high impact initiatives to fuel new growth areas. Lead in establishing the strategic and tactical plans required to identify, qualify, and capture new sales opportunities
  • Lead a high-performance sales team, managing recruitment, ongoing development, competency-based coaching and deal-level coaching
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline necessary to deliver against quota
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Learning and Engagement industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets
  • Coordinate with teams across our organization to create focus and drive results

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Experience in creating, managing and developing a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Experience selling HR related application software products highly desirable
  • Experience with relevant sales methodologies and metrics
  • Experience working in SaaS
  • Knowledge of the customers and channels that serve the customer base
  • Experience hiring and motivating seasoned account executives or relationship managers
  • Experience managing individual sales reps as well as team leads
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and subscription-based business sales models
  • Strong understanding of sales operations
  • Excellent communication, client and time management, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities, resolve conflicts, close deals and meet/exceed revenue goals
