The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Ops Team is looking for a Senior Manager of Monetization Strategy to help accelerate growth and improve go-to-market strategy for our Marketing Solution Business ($3B+ in Revenue). This individual will work closely with leaders in our marketing, sales, and product organizations to help define monetization strategies for new offerings, create targeted bundles to incent faster customer growth, drive large deal and agency strategy, and develop global processes to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities:
Lead 2-3 monetization strategy initiatives concurrently and serve as the point-person for all monetization strategy topics for one or more products and sales channels/segments.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate penetration, generate sustainable growth and enable strategic outcomes via monetization strategy.
Develop and operationalize monetization strategies, offers, and incentives.
Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing and BizOps to determine how:
The next generation of marketing solutions will be brought to market and monetized
We should evolve offers to better align with customer needs to drive growth
Leverage hypothesis-driven analyses to identify and evaluate opportunities
Build analytical models to inform, size and influence pricing strategy
Drive voice of customer interviews and large-scale quantitative customer research
Design testing and implementation plans to support global rollout of new initiatives
Build business cases and align senior execs on key monetization decisions
Develop process foundations to improve governance, execution, market validation, & decision making
Measure and track monetization performance to enable continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
6+ Years of Pricing, BizOps, and/or GTM Strategy experience within the advertising industry or similar experience with a management or strategy consulting firm.
BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within an advertising businesses (Google, Facebook, twitter, etc.) or agency
Experience building business models or broader GTM strategies like optimizing enterprise offers
Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and using customer insight to drive strategic GTM and/or packaging decisions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment
Experience operating in a cross-functional work environment with a history of making impact.
Comfort with statistical modeling and/or SQL a plus
Relevant graduate level degree in business (i.e., MBA), economics or a related field
Strategic and creative problem-solver who loves to tackle complex challenges in a collaborative team environment.
Intellectually curious and adaptable to different environments and team settings.
