Job Description

The Team 
LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions business enables marketers to connect with the world’s professionals in the most effective way. A major part of this mission is to be the definitive B2B platform, tapping into our hyper growth as a professional content publication platform, and prospect nurturing capability. 
 
The Role 
The ANZ agency team drives revenue by forging strategic partnerships with agencies. This role is responsible for ensuring the success of these partnerships by building relationships with key agency stakeholders, evangelizing the LinkedIn product suite and educating agency teams on how best to utilize our marketing platform.  This position will focus specifically on developing and scaling new business relationships across Independent Agencies and Small/Mid-Size Holding Company Agencies. 
 
Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify and drive demand among potential net new agencies for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
  • Lead continuous LinkedIn training programs focused on key agency stakeholders – from senior to junior levels
  • Consult with agencies in their development of media strategies by providing insights and sharing best-practices based on LinkedIn experience and 1st party data 
  • Collaborate with field sales and appropriate cross-functional partners to ensure a coordinated approach to agency teams, with the goal of driving demand and maximizing revenue growth
  • Develop marketing strategies to influence media planners and buyers
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer to help shape product and marketing roadmaps
  • Comfort level with public speaking and presentations
  •  Capacity to handle large book of business, with high client demand

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent education + experience
  •  7+ yrs. marketing/ agency/ advertising experience
  •  5+ yrs. developing Marketing Strategies


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Proven Social Media expert
  • Demonstrated Marketing Automation and Programmatic Advertising expertise
  • Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with senior agency decision-makers.
