The Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA & LATAM will be a strategic recruiting partner delivering hiring results to sales and non-sales teams . The role reports to our Senior Director of Tal e n t Acquisition, EMEA & LATAM . A successful leader will be strategic, results-oriented, data-driven - she/he will partner with leadership to develop and execute the annual hiring plan, grow LinkedIn’s visibility and reputation across the region and tech industry, and lead and inspire an awesome team of recruiters. Your team is a group of dedicated and innovative recruiters, who consistently deliver in a tough market, act as a strategic partner to their businesses, and champion the voice of their candidates. Your role is to inspire them to do their best work - developing them to be best on planet recruiters and enabling them to make magic happen.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and foster relationships with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measur able business impact.
- Highly capable of managing multiple stakeholders at once.
- Invest in our talent and effectively lead a team of high performing ICs and managers through compassionate management, collaboration, and coaching & development.
- Champion the LinkedIn culture & values and foster a culture of belonging to help the team drea m big, have fun, and get sh *t done.
- Lead with an agile mindset, focused on problem solving through creative solutions, and thrive in an environment where growth and change are the only constants.
- A deep under standing of TA programs/channels to maximize hiring through inclusive recruiting, early in career programs, referrals, events .
- Build and deliver against a workforce / headcount plan for the sales & non sales organization, managing all stak e holders including the business, HR, FP&A, Sales Operations and TA programs.
- Partner closely with the Global Talent Organization team in organization development, talent management and change management strategies.
- Sponsor and drive projects across the TA Roadmap to drive us towards innovation and best on planet recruiting.
- Champion the data driven recruiting mindset, using data and analytics to tell stories and drive talent & business outcomes.
- Be educated and knowledgeable in recruiting trends of the future workplace to ensure we are keeping pace with technology and evo lving our tools and processes.
- Embrace the concept of being customer zero for our Talent Solution products.
- Champion LinkedIn products with our customers – articulate the vision for LinkedIn within the TA industry, influence customer opinions, and speak on topics of expertise at industry and LinkedIn-sponsored events.
- Bring a strong voice, functional expertise, and a fun personality to the TA leadership team.
Basic Qualifications
- 1 2 + years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting, with 8 + years of management leading a recruiting or sourcing function (with a minimum of 5 direct reports)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with senior leaders to determine organizational needs
- Experience with project management and senior-level facilitation
- Experience with EMEA & LATAM employment laws and practices
- Proven track in leading a sales recruiting team in a fast-paced environment, ideally technology.
- Inspirational leader who encourages team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations
- Proven track record of compassionate management or strong coaching skills
- Voice of leadership / thought leader with experience speaking at events or with customers
- Knowledgeable about current market trends and competitive data
- Ability to coach your business areas on latest Talent Acquisition thinking and best practices
- Experience driving enterprise-wide strategies within a recruiting organization
- Experience with the oversight of data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics
