Job Description

The Security Project Manager ensures the security of systems in accordance with internal processes. He/she guarantees the smooth running of internal projects for which the Security Department is involved as well as the improvement of the security level of LBN information systems.The goal is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and non-repudiation of information systems.

He/she is responsible for the following activities in collaboration with the other technical departments for which he/she is the dedicated contact on the security part:


- Building the project plan, implementing and monitoring the deployment of the project in all its phases, in collaboration with the Systems and Applications Administrators and Engineers, Backup and Supervision, the Services Managers, Project Manager and the Team or Department Managers
- Management of project communication with customers or internally (reporting, progress, risks...)
- Supporting the technical teams in the management, monitoring and reporting of tasks assigned to the department
- Conduct any study or project within its scope that may be assigned to it
- Participate and contribute to the improvement of the action plans for the management of the security of customer platforms
- Study/analysis of the functional specifications of projects from a security point of view (in liaison with the Project Manager, the Service Managers and the Account Manager) and help in reframing/advising (if necessary)
- Drafting of all documentation related to its activity (procedures, processes,...)
- Control and consolidation of security information related to internal systems and partners of the company (e.g. datacenters, customers, etc.)
- Participation in infrastructure security audits (at the request of customers or internally) and management of the compliance of the security part with the various standards and best practices (ISO 20000 and ISO 27000, ITIL, ...) in collaboration with the Quality department.
- Animation of internal awareness/trainings related to security
- Contribution to the integration of new employees (if necessary)

 

Qualifications

Minimum of a Degree in the field of computer science
At least one year of experience in the field of Project Management and knowledge in the field of computer security
Project management method
Computer science: good knowledge of Web principles, servers, development
Mastery of Pack Office, Visio, MS Project, Outlook
You demonstrate a great sense of organization (autonomy, anticipation, rigor)
Ability to synthesize ideas and work in a team
Good interpersonal skills
Fluency in French and English (written, read and spoken)

- Respecting the commitments related to the projects he/she is in charge of (cost, quality, deadline)
- Communicating any non-conformity noted
- Processing the requests assigned to him/her, producing and ensuring the quality of his/her deliverables within the allotted timeframe and in compliance with procedures, prerequisites, instructions (internal and external) and contractual service levels
- Escalation to the appropriate contacts in case of difficulty
- Interfacing and communicating information to all parties impacted by its intervention (internal and external) at all stages of the project

- The transmission of a reliable, exhaustive and recurrent reporting of the progress of its tasks to its hierarchy
- Filling in the daily internal activity report for invoicing purposes and monitoring the activity load
