Experience: 7-9 Years

Strong knowledge and hands on experience in:

• OO concepts and Design
• C++  programming with exposure to advanced C++ concepts
• Development experience in Linux environment
• Development experience in the telecom server side
• Domain expertise in VOIP/SIP/RTP/SDP
• Should have experience in designing complex call control systems
• Familiarity with HA system is highly desirable.
• Very strong in Linux fundamentals.
• Hands on in debugging in Linux environment.
• Should be proficient in network programming
• Strong in Multi-threaded programming.

Responsibilities will include:

• Coming up with high level and detailed design of call control/conferencing application server features.
• Driving a small team of engineers in delivering quality design and code.
• Planning and providing support for customer reported issues.
• Shall be responsible for taking up the complete ownership in resolving customer reported issues.
• Shall be hands on and will be responsible as an individual contributor as well to deliver on the design and code.
• Working well under pressure while managing competing tasks
• Designing, implementing and testing both tactical and strategic enhancements to existing products and new support tools.
• Assisting with regression testing of maintenance releases
