Link Solutions is seeking a PKI Service Desk Technician to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

The PKI Service Desk Technician provides technical and system support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) at Fort Huachuca. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams and senior managers across the organization to design, lead, manage, and maintain IT systems and assets. Responsibilities include deploying, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting the workforce environment.
In this position, you will provide CAC/PKI and RA/LRA functions related to the creation, revocation, suspension, and issuance of NIPRNET Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL), SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces network tokens associated with PKI credentialing for daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain, support, and troubleshoot all Enterprise PKI systems to ensure operational readiness and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Provide end-user support for certificate-related issues, including permissions, SSL certificate requests, and application/server access.
- Implement and manage changes to the PKI infrastructure, including change control policies and procedures.
- Monitor PKI systems and perform regular evaluations of certificate types for issues, renewals, and revocations.
- Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various applications and solutions, including reinstatement and renewal of user privilege accounts.
- Resolve daily PKI and card access tickets, escalating complex requests to senior team members as needed.
- Assist with system upgrades and version uplifts to maintain compatibility and performance.
- Participate in projects to deploy new PKI applications and services.
- Maintain key PKI services and ensure continuity across enterprise environments.

Shift/Hours Information:
- Mid Shift
- Wednesday thru Saturday
- 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- DoD Secret Clearance.
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
- Two (2+) years of relevant experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred).
- Knowledge of operating systems, software, and devices (familiar with the common platforms and applications that use PKI systems, such as Windows, Linux, browsers, email clients, VPNs, etc.)
- Ability to analyze and diagnose problems with PKI systems, such as certificate errors, access issues, encryption failures, etc.
- Ability to use various tools and methods to monitor and evaluate the performance and security of PKI systems.
- Current Computing Environment (CE) certification (required within 90 days of performance start date).
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
