Job Description
Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to join our team and oversee strategic aspects of our organizational initiatives.

- A bachelor’s degree in management or a relevant field.
- A hybrid role that requires one day in the office weekly on Wednesdays during office hours at our location on Greensboro Dr, McLean, VA.
The Program Director will lead growth activities and oversee the daily operations of our portfolio of programs and projects. The candidate must possess planning and problem-solving skills, be able to set clear, measurable goals, and have good time management. You must be detail-oriented, able to analyze data, possess a high level of oral and written communication skills, and be organized, efficient, and able to prioritize.
Duties include the key elements of program management, delivery oversight, and business growth for the Department of Defense, with an emphasis on US Army opportunities. You must have demonstrated experience in capturing and building new business, managing customers, planning, organizing, staffing, reporting, coordinating, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting all phases of programs and projects from capture through operations.

Qualifications
Key Experience:
- Leading and participating in Business Development and proposal response.
- Leads pipeline development, capture, and proposal response for Army IT systems.
- Supervise, coach, and develop staff supporting assigned contracts.
- Provide consultation, direction, and motivation to staff supporting assigned contracts.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Develop and deliver monthly project reports, customer progress reports, customer change proposals, and presentations to management and internal/external customers.
- Identify and resolve issues/conflicts within the project team.
- Management of multiple projects.
- Mentoring staff and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Managing the budget, resources, and operations of the programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Evaluating the performance and impact of the programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Communicating effectively with senior management, clients, partners, and stakeholders, providing accurate and timely reports and presentations.
- Experience in the development, implementation, and execution of strategic growth plans (capturing/building new business, managing customers, planning, organizing, staffing, reporting, coordination, and identifying/mitigating risk).
- Experience supporting all phases of programs/projects from capture through operations.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting tools.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software (e.g., MS Project).
Preferred:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Direct operational understanding/experience leading and providing oversight of US Army Network Enterprise Operations, infrastructures, or programs.
- Direct experience working in support of an Army Network Enterprise Center.
- Possess a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop teams.
- An analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
