Job Description

To provide day-to-day support to Senior Management and Executives in the delivery of a variety of Corporate Action specific activities and a number of functional tasks including detailed forecasts, invoice production and management reporting.

Accountabilities & Main Responsibilities:-

  • Regular Production of a variety of reports around Forecasts and input to Board Reports
  • Suggesting possible improvements to services provided
  • Supervise Admin Support in their day-to-duties
    - Including the following:-
  • Production of weekly and monthly reports for Head of Client Business Management
  • Handling enquiries from clients, advisers and other business contacts
  • Ad-hoc duties for senior management
  • Invoicing production, liaising with Finance Team
  • Bank account opening
  • Money transfers between bank accounts
  • Supporting the corporate actions risk review process
  • Supporting Associates/ Executives in day-to-day duties
  • Updating and issuing structure charts monthly based on Compliance timeframes
  • Collecting and formulating the weekly update report to Director reporting line
  • Compiling monthly risk dashboards
  • Compilation and distribution of monthly incident reporting to management team
  • Collecting data and compiling monthly Board report
  • Ensuring management information records are maintained
  • Arranging and participating in project conference calls
  • Supporting client feedback surveys
  • Travel arrangements for senior management, executives and associates
  • Departments stationery orders
  • Internal and external post distribution



  • 5 GCSEs Grade A* to C (including English and Maths)
  • Intermediate level MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
