Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Team based in Beckenham. This is a great opportunity for team players, with some administration/data entry experience and strong attention to detail, to enter into a career opportunity within a FCA regulated environment, and gain some invaluable experience providing operational administration support to clients.

The successful Administrator will be responsible for completing a variety of administration tasks, to a high standard of quality and accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, fun, and professional team dedicated to delivering excellent service.

What being an Administrator within Link Group involves:

  • Investigating and responding to enquiries from shareholders

  • Payment processing

  • Data entry

  • Provide accurate daily statistics for Management Information

  • Maintain two email inboxes daily ensuring responses are provided within SLA's

  • Deal with telephone enquiries as and when they arise

  • Complete all monthly mandatory training and quarterly reading within the prescribed timescales

  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure a positive Customer experience

 

Qualifications

Skills and Qualities you will need:

  • Edducated to degree level (preferred)

  • Literate on all microsoft packages

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Experience managing email traffic

  • Articulate

  • Inquisitive

  • Self starter

  • Excellent attention to detail
