Do you know exactly what a customer needs? How do you shape perfect customer service? Do you have experience with mortgages and the management of mortgage processes? Do you think this can always be better? Does it appeal to you to help shaping a new mortgage servicer? Then we are up for working with you.
What you are going to do
Of course you always start your day with a good cup of coffee. Then you discuss the day with your colleagues. Fifteen minutes later you know where everyone is, what is needed and what you and your colleagues do that day; the day can begin!
You will be part of a team that develops a new mortgage servicer and you can contribute from the first moment! During the initial phase you prepare the process descriptions and work instructions. You also help with testing our new software and you provide input for specific product arrangements, Service Levels, KPIs and management information.
As soon as we start serving the first customers, your position will take on a slightly different content. You then have a leading role in the execution of the team's work. You are responsible for perfect customer service, optimum team performance and continuous improvement of existing processes.
In addition to coaching your teammates, you serve the customer. You answer telephone conversations, pay building deposit invoices and process changes to the loan. You introduce new colleagues and you ensure that they serve the customer with just as much passion as you do.
Your personality is the most important. Together with the following skills, this leads to a match:
- You have a HBO work and thinking level
- You are in possession of WFT Basis and WFT Hypotheken
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with mortgage servicing processes
- You have a good command of spoken and written English
- You have good communication skills
- You are interested in identifying and preventing fraud
- You have experience with customer service
- You are good at taking initiative
- You are result-oriented
