Job Description

Purpose: The Clinical Programs Administrator is an integral part of Lingraphica’s clinical marketing team. Clinical marketing is the branch of marketing dedicated to engaging healthcare professionals, with the largest emphasis on speech-language pathologists (SLPs). 

This position focuses on supporting key programs that maintain and grow relationships, programs and engagement with repeat SLPs. In order to do this, the Clinical Programs Administrator will assist the Clinical Program Manager to run existing SLP programs, primarily the Lingraphica Certification Program and its associated loaner inventory. The Clinical Programs Administrator takes an active role in Clinical Marketing team initiatives and may also be involved in general outreach, administrative tasks, conferences/events, and other team initiatives. 

Candidates must provide excellent customer service, both written and verbally, in order to nurture relationships with Lingraphica’s clinical customers. Candidates should be prepared to work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality of service.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Conducts outreach (email, phone, and/or text) to SLPs enrolled in the Lingraphica Certification Program to increase engagement 
  • Monitors engagement of SLPs in the program to determine required outreach 
  • Tracks inventory of hardware 
  • Requests hardware return from SLPs who are not engaging with the program 
  • Answers basic questions regarding program steps/requirements, device shipping, and troubleshoots basic technical issues with device 
  • Refers clinical questions to the Clinical Programs Manager 
  • Promotes LCP internally and externally 
  • Assists Clinical Programs Manager and Clinical Education Manager with other responsibilities as needed 
  • Stays current on Lingraphica products and offerings 
  • Participates in clinical marketing team goals and initiatives 
  • Reports weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics 
  • Analyzes strategies and makes modifications based on quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback 
  • Documents customer interactions within the customer relationship management tool 
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism, in writing and verbally 
  • Strong written skills; ability to write concise and effective messages 
  • Highly organized and independent 
  • Demonstrated success working with little to no direct daily supervision in a home office setting 
  • Ability to take on new challenges and work outside of one’s comfort zone 
  • Computer Skills: Office 365, including PowerPoint; Zoom (required); Slack, HubSpot CRM, Canva or another online design & publishing tool (preferred) 

Qualifications

Education & Experience 

  • Three years of customer service experience 
  • Experience in a healthcare or technology industry (preferred) 

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: 

  • Travel to Lingraphica’s home office and to cities within the continental United States for company related meetings and/or conferences may be required four (4) times per year.  Employees must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated to participate in in-person meetings and events, however an accommodation request for 100% remote work is available.
