Job Description

Purpose: Do you enjoy speaking with new people over the phone? Do you like nurturing relationships and providing solutions to those in need. If so, the newly created Outbound Caller position may be the next step in your career. The Outbound Caller is an integral part of Lingraphica’s outbound marketing strategy and is responsible for reaching out to and connecting with prospects who may be a good fit for our products and services.  

Working closely with the Customer Service and Engagement Manager, the Outbound Caller will be the primary contact person for all potential customers and responsible for nurturing those relationships and providing resources and next steps. This position must be well-versed in all Lingraphica products and services and be comfortable speaking with individuals with aphasia, and the care partners who support them.  

Qualifications

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Provide timely responses to prospects who express interest in our products and services 
  • Manage a pipeline of individuals who engage with Lingraphica online content and webinars 
  • Collaborate with members of the Customer Engagement team to refine phone scripts and best practices. 
  • Work with Lingraphica’s content teams to develop new material to nurture prospects in the pipeline 
  • Help monitor webinar and website activities to ensure pipeline growth 
  • Represent Lingraphica’s core values by being a warm, friendly, and caring person  
  • Effectively triage prospects into the offering most appropriate for the needs of the individual 
  • Document all customer interactions in our contact relationship management system 
  • Provide customer feedback to other teams on messaging, offerings, and product enhancements  
  • Report weekly metrics on critical job functions 
  • May be required to perform other engagement and customer service duties as assigned 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Experience in telecom, call center industries, required 
  • Highly professional demeanor - presence, voice 
  • Demonstrated high level competency in written and verbal communications 
  • Demonstrated success working with little to no direct daily supervision in a home office setting  
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, required   
  • Ability to effectively engage customers by offering personalized solutions 
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) abilities are a plus  

Additional Information

Education & Experience 

  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in an outbound sales environment required; 3+ years' experience preferred 
  • 4-year college degree, preferred  
  • Experience working in healthcare and/or technology industry, preferred 

Travel Requirements: 

  • Travel to Lingraphica’s home office and to cities within the continental United States for company related meetings, conferences, and customer appointments may also be required 1-2 times per year.  Employees must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated to participate in in-person meetings and events, however an accommodation request for 100% remote work is available.

  • Incumbent works from home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. Must be able to operate a computer with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

Compensation

This is a non-exempt position so overtime may be earned. We also offer medical, dental, vision benefits, 401k contribution, Paid Time Off, paid company holidays, wellness/professional development/office stipends, and an annual bonus.
