Job Description

Purpose:

The Systems Analyst will play an integral role in our Systems team that manages the systems, services, and applications our employees utilize to run the business. This role focuses on successful implementation, upgrades, and daily support of the software deployed within the organization. The Systems Analyst is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the Systems Manager and requires coordination and collaboration with all teams within the organization.  

The Systems Analyst will focus on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, and its integrations with our inventory, shipping, billing, and other in-house employee focused software.  

The Systems Analyst works with Engineering, IT, and other delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of implementation projects. This role works with the business management teams to determine and define requirements and translate them into implementation teams' specifications. The Systems Analyst also serves as the liaison with software vendors and handles issue escalations.   

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Define system goals, requirements, and project scope by coordinating with business management. 

  • Support the implementation teams by defining user stories and epics requirements and resolving obstacles and issues. 

  • Conduct the testing and validation of systems customizations to ensure they meet business requirements. 

  • Provide support for software systems to employees and perform hands-on maintenance and configuration tasks within these systems.

  • Support business applications, including procedural assistance, best practices, and process training.

  • Manage external system vendor relationships for crucial business applications and facilitate the implementation of new features that benefit the organization.

  • Document knowledge base records and system literature as needed.  

Qualifications


Education & Experience 

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience in the same or similar role. 

  • 2 plus years of experience in the same or similar role that involved hands on exposure to technical implementation of software systems. 

  • Prior experience in the health care industry is desired. DME/HME experience preferred. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Critical thinker, problem solver and ability to collaborate in teams. 

  • Project Management experience. 

  • Knowledge and experience with Agile software development methodology.

  • Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of SQL to execute existing procedures and jobs for systems troubleshooting is preferred.

  • Ability to build custom integrations with IFTTT applications like Zapier or Power Automate is preferred.

  • Prior experience managing implementations of HubSpot, Office 365, Slack, API integrations is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical business leaders.

Work Environment & Physical Demands 
Incumbent works from home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. The ability to operate a computer with or without a reasonable accommodation is required.    

Travel 
May work remotely from home.  Travel to Princeton, NJ office may be required on occasion, up to 1x / quarter.
