Job Description

Your mission: To attract, hire and enable great talent (Employee Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding) 

Attract and hire great talent

  • Be in charge of and own the end-to-end recruiting of your recruiting projects and deliver an excellent candidate experience:
    • Creating and publishing job ads, adapted to the respective requirement profiles.
    • Sourcing talent through various ways (active and passive)
    • Carrying out applicant briefings and screenings 
    • Organising and conducting interviews, plus deciding on the applicants' progress
    • Ensuring that the requirement profiles are continuously updated in consultation with the hiring managers.
    • Enabling the managers in their hiring decisions by recommending offer terms, extending offers, and closing candidates to hiring managers
  • Closely collaborate with our hiring managers to integrate recruiting into the larger employee life cycle.
  • Support with visa applications.

Be the professional face to our new colleagues

  • Coordinate and organize a smooth onboarding process and make sure everything is ready for the first day of work
  • Help to permanently optimize and develop our onboarding process 
  • Make sure that every new employee is well trained and feels comfortable.
  • Get regular feedback from the new colleagues and also from their direct supervisors
  • Organize and coordinate the probationary period interviews (after 4 weeks, 2-3 months and 5 months) 



  • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting
  • You want to make things happen and are motivated to have a real impact on the success of the company
  • You have strong communication skills and know how to inspire candidates
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic environment and a high degree of independence and flexibility
  • You are business fluent in English, any other language is welcome
