Job Description

Your Mission

As Programme Manager you are responsible for conducting large cross-functional and complex projects and programs from original concept through final implementation and is comfortable working with all levels from process owners

What would I be doing?

  • Responsible for managing large, complex projects and programs, guiding the organization through prioritisation, requirements, cost-benefit analysis and value prop.

  • Formally documenting objectives and project/program plans and schedules risk and issues while transparently reporting progress holistically 

  • Stakeholder management across all levels of hierarchy and across all teams at Lingoda.

  • Managing project charters, defining roles and responsibilities and contingency plans based on risk assessment and mitigation. Develop solutions for achieving the project/program objectives. 

  • Works with stakeholders to assure requirements are captured and recorded using the appropriate methodology such as PMP methods depending on the program/project.

  • Provide cost-benefit analysis and value proposition analysis to optimise the program or project’s results and objectives. 

  • Build and lead a team - supporting people development and managing team KPIs and goals

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of successful project or program management delivering of cross-functional projects and programs, in a matrixed reporting capacity

  • Strong understanding of PMP methodologies, values, and procedures; certification not required an aptitude in multiple disciplines is helpful; marketing, sales, design, experience, product, technology, and operations.    

  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage  issues cross-functionally, while transparently report risk to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, with results-oriented focus, strong communication skills and able to adapt and influence direction to ensure goals are attainable and owns the overall team’s successful result.  

  • Acts as the neutral guiding leader with no agenda other than that of the agreed goals of the program and company’s objectives which you will help set and reviewed quarterly.  

  • Has managed projects and programs responsible for revenue and risk mitigation in excess of 1 million euros. 

  • Works well independently, with little supervision, as well as with groups and in matrixed reporting situations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in various cultural environments, English speaking office.
