Remote Customer Service Agent (Native-level German skills required)

To support the growth of our international team, we are looking for an remote customer service agent (m/f) in our Student Team, with immediate start.
Being the professional and friendly voice and face of Lingoda.
Assisting and communicating with our students via email, phone and social media channels in an engaging and empathetic way, putting a smile on their face with every interaction.
Identify and evaluate our students’ needs to improve customer satisfaction.
Being proactive in sharing ideas to optimise our existing processes and willing to help out wherever necessary.
Who are we looking for?
You have a native proficiency of German and English in writing and speaking (C1 or higher), other languages are a plus!
At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
You enjoy working remotely and thrive in an international context.
You are customer-oriented, a great communicator and passionate about language learning.
With customers at the center, identifying and solving problems comes naturally to you and you enjoy taking initiative to find resolutions.
You are target-driven, work independently and are motivated by new tasks.
You are available to work on the weekend.
You are tech savvy, a fast learner and have a reliable internet connection (300kbps download / 300kbps upload).
