We are currently on the hunt for a Consumer and Products Insight to increase the effectiveness of our product and to provide a better service for our students. Within Lingoda, the Consumer and Product Insight team drives value by developing a deep understanding of consumers and Guests that is leveraged to identify improvement opportunities and influence key strategies across the business. This position reports to the Consumer and Products Insight Manager and has an immediate start.

Job Description


Your mission:


  • Assisting with qualitative and quantitative consumer research.

  • Assist in data analysis from primary and secondary research reports to develop actionable insights that will inform communications, planning and program development   

  • Partnering with leadership to analyse secondary data sources, design research studies, interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Build and maintain contact with external research agencies.

  • Learn about the research process.

  • Update the Consumer Insights search database.  

  • Conducting and moderating German interviews 

  • Gain an insight into the start up business 


Your Profile:

We don’t have an endless list of prerequisites, we prefer to keep it simple. We like to work with motivated, target-driven communicators. There are just a few things that are absolutely necessary for this internship:

  • Research background- studied something related with market research.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, would be an advantage 

  • Good communication, quantitative and analytical skills as well as problem solving capabilities.

  • Must be fluent in English and German at least B1+

  • Competency in Microsoft Office/G Suite 

  • Knowledge of online survey tools(e.g. survey monkey)
