Remote Customer Service Agent (Spanish & French Skills required)

To support the growth of our international team, we are looking for a remote customer service agent in our Student Team, with immediate start.
Being the professional and friendly voice and face of Lingoda.
Assisting and communicating with our students via email, chat and social media channels in an engaging and empathetic way, putting a smile on their face with every interaction.
Identify and evaluate our students’ needs to improve customer satisfaction.
Being proactive in sharing ideas to optimise our existing processes and willing to help out wherever necessary.
You have a proficiency of Spanish and French, as well as English in writing and speaking (C1 or higher), other languages are a plus!
At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
You enjoy working remotely and thrive in an international context.
You are customer-oriented, a great communicator and passionate about language learning.
With customers at the centre, identifying and solving problems comes naturally to you and you enjoy taking initiative to find resolutions.
You are target-driven, work independently and are motivated by new tasks.
You are tech savvy, a fast learner and have a reliable internet connection (300kbps download / 300kbps upload).
