We are currently on the hunt for a Consumer & Product Insight Manager to support the growth of our international team. This position is with an immediate start date and reports to our CEO.

Job Description

Your Mission: Deliver actionable insights by weaving the voice of the consumer into the heart of every decision.

Your Role

  • Design and execute research for mostly marketing and sometimes product and sales teams.  Align on success criteria, recruit consumers, and analyse results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Spearhead concept testing (including advertising, copy, and positioning)

  • Spearhead UI/UX testing of website and language learning platform.  (If no prior experience, must be willing to quickly learn.)

  • Contribute to building the Lingoda Brand, both overall and vs competition, by designing a brand tracker and providing deep understanding of market segmentation/brand targets.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyse and integrate learning into business decisions, including brand positioning, marketing campaigns, new courses innovation pipeline, product improvements, and customer loyalty.

  • Identify and fill key knowledge gaps about the current and prospective consumer and what she values.

Qualifications

Requirements

Here at Lingoda, we don’t have an endless list of prerequisites, we prefer to keep it simple. We like to work with motivated, target-driven communicators. There are just three things that are absolutely necessary for this role:

  • +3 Years Work Experience in Consumer Research

  • Experience with research methodologies (1:1 qualitative, quantitatives, digital online, ethnographies, and other newer)

  • Ability to set research objectives and choose which methodologies to apply to achieve objectives

However, experience of the following would be very helpful for this role:

  • UI / UX Testing
  • Product Research

  • Consumer Research at large packaged goods company

  • Start-Up Environments
