We are currently on the hunt for an SEO manager to support the growth of our international team. This position is with an immediate start date and reports to the Head of Marketing.
You will be part of a marketing team aiming to grow the company by 100% in 2019 by managing all aspects of SEO across the business.
You will have independent control, ongoing development and monitoring of all SEO activities including wider longer term strategy
Proactively identify technical site improvements (website architecture, URL structure, content for maximised indexing etc.) and execute in a planned time effective way
Solve complex indexation and crawlability issues and provide recommendations to improve current SEO performance
Execute first class on-page optimisation including keyword guidance, metadata and content (localised) optimisation
To initiate & implement effective link building campaigns across five marketing languages
To keep pace with search industry trends and developments & the skill to react to them in the correct way
Work alongside the content team to provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in alignment with SEO goals, general & keyword specific
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, ability to identify areas of concern & solutions for improvement
Excellent knowledge of current Ecommerce, Web and Digital Marketing industry trends
Ability to work alone as well as within a team
3+ years’ experience in technical Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
Experience working with popular keyword tools – HTTP header requests & responses, DOM manipulation post-render, Site crawls, Technical analysis, Mobile and Site Speed optimisation
Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations AdWords Certified would be advantageous.
