Job Description

The assistant manager is responsible for supervising, encouraging and motivating his staff as well as acting as a mobilizer and positive leader with his team. He also ensures excellence in customer service and builds on everyone's strengths to maximize sales potential and thus achieve the store's objectives.

 

He assumes full responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager.
