Job Description
Lincoln High School is seeking a passionate and qualified Language Arts Teacher for grades 9–12 to join our dedicated team of educators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language arts instruction, a commitment to student achievement, and the ability to foster a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Secondary Education, or related field.
Valid Arkansas teaching license with appropriate Language Arts endorsement.
Prior teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred but not required.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Arkansas state standards for grades 9–12.
Teach literature, composition, grammar, and language skills to high school students.
Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development to enhance instructional practices.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
