• Creativity, communication skills, and instructional skills, to help work with classroom teacher on innovative lesson plans and activities
• Ability to relate to students and help them grow academically
• Patience, understanding, and adaptability when working with pupils
• Overseeing the emotional and social development of children
• Work collaboratively to achieve the mission of the school. 
• Set an example of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, life-skills, self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Act as an ambassador for the school when attending school-wide events and supporting the school community outside of the classroom whether it’s at special events, sporting events, or in other venues.
