Head Breakfast Chef

Lime Recruit is looking for a Head Breakfast Chef for a brand new opening in the Heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. The ideal Breakfast Chef will have previous experience in a high quality, fresh food kitchen and must have the ability to stay calm under pressure and lead a team.

The Role

• Manage all aspects of running a busy breakfast service, up to 120 covers
• 5:30am – 2.30pm shifts
• Ability to control stock and ordering protocols
• Excellent opportunities for progression
