Lime Recruit is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade of one of the Cotswold's best regarded restaurants. The Junior Sous Chef who is going to be succesful in this role, will have a calm demeanour, passionate eye for detail and a stable background in fine dining, or high end brasserie establishments. The renumeration package for this unique opportunity is circa £26,000 per annum
About You
- You will be the perfect foil for the highly regarded Head Chef, and you will be instrumental in development of the Commis Chefs
- You will have a stable background in rosette kitchens or equal equivalent
- Your passion for food will be second to none - and you will impart this on the junior team
- You will be driven to achieve greatness, and want to be part of something special
The Kitchen
- Multi Rosette and pushing for more !
- You will have all the toys needed - but you wll have to be the master of basics as well
- Well drilled brigade, who are all looking to push on
- Part of a small, but well regarded group
