Lime Recruit is searching for a passionate and enthusiastic senior relief chef to join an ever expanding chef desk. The senior Relief Chef role would suit a head chef or Sous looking for more work/home life flexibility, work when you want and get paid for every hour you work plus get paid mileage & travel time for certain assignments.

About You

• At least 3 years senior Chef experience
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 a minimum
• Ability to multi- task and stay calm under pressure
• Well presented, good communication skills, enthusiastic
• Level 2 FSA certification
• Previous rosette experience or working with fresh seasonal produce

The Role

• £12-£15 per hour paid weekly
• Mileage paid certain assignments
• National pension contribution
• Holiday pay
• Flexibility- work when you want!
• Live in an option on some roles
• May lead to permanent roles
