Head Sommelier

Lime Recruit is looking for a pro-active Head Sommelier to manage the beverage offer for this popular multi award winning restaurant. The ideal Head Sommelier MUST have multiple rosette or Michelin experience and would suit a Head Sommelier who has achieved WSET 3 or higher, and ideally be certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers.

The Role

• Assist the General Manager in the day to day operation of the property
• A hands on role overseeing the beverage offer and over 500 bins
  
• Ensure high standards are being maintained across all areas
• Gain feedback to improve all aspects of the customer journey

About You

• Experienced Sommelier from a multi rosette or Michelin background - this is essential !
  
• Calm under pressure with a track record of training and developing staff
• Ability to provide a memorable dining experience
• Well presented, enthusiastic and passionate
• Some experience of figures would be ideal; forecasting wage costs, average spend per head etc.
