Restaurant Manager

Lime Recruit is looking for a pro-active Restaurant Manager to oversee a busy operation as part of a hotel in Bath. The ideal Restaurant Manager will have rosette, and volume experience with a passion and enthusiasm to make a difference to the customer experience.

The Role

• Assist the General Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards are being maintained across all areas
• Responsibility for stock management and ordering
• Duty management shifts for the hotel
• A hands on role overseeing and developing a team
• Gain feedback to improve all aspects of the customer journey

About You

• Experienced Supervisor or Manager from a high end, ideally rosette background
• Calm under pressure with a track record of training and developing staff
• Fun, friendly and hands-on Manager capable of dealing with fast paced sales
• Ability to provide a memorable dining experience in a busy environment
• Well presented, enthusiastic and passionate
• Knowledge of running weddings and private dining events

• Up to £28,000 per annum
