We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager-Transit to lead and oversee the development and growth of the transit project business and to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships within the transit industry.

Lilee Systems, a wireless and wired communications company providing communication components and systems has an immediate opening as listed. We are looking for a talented Linux Software Engineer with previous experience in the communication and networking industry to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make significant contributions to our various Linux user space software development efforts
  • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Pro-active communication inside product team
  • Work collaboratively with the team on feature development and issue resolution
  • Work collaboratively with test engineering to ensure best-in-class systems software reliability and performance
  • Create functional specifications, design specifications, and unit test plans
  • Perform design and code reviews
  • Support other Linux software development centers in several geographical sites

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline, Master’s degree or global equivalent a plus
  • Minimum two years of hands-on working experiences in C/C++ programming and using gdb
  • Minimum two years of hands-on working experiences in scripting languages, such as bash, python, and ruby
  • Minimum two years of hands-on working experiences in developing Linux application software
  • Strong background and hands-on experiences in IP networking and infrastructure
  • Good understanding with hands-on experiences in DBMS, SQL, and embedded SQL implementation
  • Good understanding with hands-on experiences in virtualization infrastructure, such as KVM, VMware, and HyperV
  • Good understanding of Linux operating systems, including grub, kernel, init scripts, ramfs, udev, and NMS
  • Hands-on experiences in troubleshooting Linux system level and application level issues
  • Hands-on style, delivering materials quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, intense environment
  • Open-minded, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative at work
