Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Social Media Specialist to join our team! This role joins an expanding Talent Acquisition team in Greece and focusses on sourcing technical resource for our Athens office working alongside a team of globally dispersed Talent Acquisition professionals in other regions. The team works to measurables around quality, speed and volume of outreach needed for the business strategic needs and growth. You will be passionate about all things Talent Acquisition and pull-on previous experience to provide input into strategic direction.
Primary responsibilities include,
- Understanding business vacancy requirements
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and screening/interviewing them
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews as well as communicating job offers
- Establishing relationships with outside sources such as ad agencies, placement firms, headhunters, etc. and ensures a reliable pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained.
- Ensuring an excellent candidate journey and offer management
- Working with the wider TA global team on projects (such as process mapping and continuous improvement, upskilling hiring managers, DEI initiatives, reporting and data and insights)
- Working with the iGaming Marketing team on a social media content plan including posting and commenting – creating activity within the candidate market
- Work with Marketing to increase the level of social media followers
- Lead on LinkedIn sponsored advertising campaigns
- Lead on building out the LinkedIn life page on ‘Tech in Athens’
- Community engagement – build activity to expand the community
Qualifications
- Strong background in Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Systems and data savvy
- Ability to understand the differences between various roles within organizations
- Happy in a fast paced, driven and demanding organization
- Collaborative, proactive and solution orientated
- A passion for continuous improvement to ensure the team build a reputation for being a leading edge TA function
