We are on the lookout for a Product Compliance Analyst. The Product Compliance Analyst will

provide interactive support with regulatory submissions and jurisdictional requirements.  Provide guidance to teams regarding regulatory items and day-to-day interface between Interactive and Regulatory/Independent test labs. Support compliance process development, documentation, implementation and execution. 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Studios, Creative, QA, Change Management, and Operations to ensure products are submitted accurately based on the submission requirements of regulatory approval agencies globally including support and resolution of queries throughout the process.
• Manage communications and key stakeholders.
• Work with external regulators and testing houses to define and plan regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Manage multiple projects across jurisdictions within challenging timelines.
• Manage and administrate the game submission, certification, approval, and record keeping process for the company globally.
• Complete regulatory audits to identify any discrepancies or issues and facilitate corrections.
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates of regulatory submission.
• Prepare release notes and submission documents for product submissions or train teams to prepare them.
• Provide regulatory guidance to the Incident Management team.
• Coordinate and review the technical documentation submissions and incident reports.
• Identify, manage risks, and escalate issues, where appropriate.
• Collaborate with other Project and Programme Managers, exchanging ideas, working on improvements of process.
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams.
• Create, execute, manage, and support Compliance processes.
• Identify, support, and drive continuous improvements to the compliance process with objective to increase efficiencies, visibility, and quality throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Evangelist to increase awareness of compliance mindset through the entire organization.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication and skills working in a team environment. Communicate message consistent with the company policy to both internal and external audiences/regulators.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages’ standard features, MS Access, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Highly adaptable and able to move with change within the projects / business.

• Strong reporting & presentation skills.

Required Experience:

• Good to have experience in the gaming industry or similarly regulated field.
• Work experience in programming/development preferred.
