Job Description

  • Monitoring the performance of the Game Presenters on live tables and acting immediately
  • Conducting on-site monitoring and improvement comments with Game Presenters
  • Reporting any incorrect actions, performance issues or other issues and other occurrences to the appropriate department
  • Daily rotation creation, adjustments and preparation
  • Creating and updating the monthly Game Presenter schedule when required
  • Ensuring that the Next of Kin documentation is up to date
  • Preparing Pre-Shift meeting documentation and conducting it on a daily basis
  • Conducting Studio Walks when on duty
  • Creating Jira tickets and monitoring the platform on a daily basis and taking action accordingly
  • Conducting monthly one-to-ones with Game Presenters
  • Checking and preparing the monthly lateness system
  • Attending Operational meetings with the Management
  • Organising and updating swaps, overtime, sicknesses, leave and absences following company procedures
  • Carry the role of Game Show Presenter with optimum performance whilst on Shift when required
  • Maintaining constant communication with the Game Presenter Team
  • Liaising with the Academy for Induction Training, Re-Trainings and any other requirement involving the AG Academy
  • Assist in the organisation of team events with Game Presenters
  • Assisting the Senior Team Manager in the transportation monitoring system
  • Conducting and/or assisting the Rewards Show
  • Preparing and conducting the Team Meeting presentation
  • Ensuring the Game Presenter data is full detailed and up-to-date on all platforms
  • Preparing End Of Shift Handovers through Confluence
  • Conducting Sickness Absence Reviews
  • Assisting in the Recruitment process when required
  • Ensuring the Onboarding process is ready for new starters
  • Assisting in the Offboarding process
  • Crossfunctional communication with the Service Management department
  • Assist in the Game Presenter uniform management
  • Liaising with the Human Resources department
  • Keep up a dynamic and motivated environment in the team
  • Any other ad hoc Operational related tasks

Qualifications

This role is on a shift basis based Monday to Sunday with Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.

Previous Gaming Studio experience is preferred.
