North America is our biggest growth market, and we have the most complex set of products available to our customers in that market.  In all of this successfully delivering our mobile game 'bundling' solution to the whole market, and end to end mobile apps to our enterprise customers is crucial to success - over 75% of our revenue flows through these. We need a Product Director to be the face of our mobile products, and to support our existing customer engagement teams of technical and commercial account managers.  As well as representing our mobile products this role will be understanding the evolving customer needs and turning these into clear requirements for our product and engineering teams.

The successful candidate will have a track record in delivering mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play, be an expert in the mobile app guidelines, knowing how to engage with Apple and Google to get apps approved.  They will both our product evangelist and the product strategist making sure the right features get delivered successfully into the hands of our customers.

An important component of this role is thought leadership, representing Light & Wonder alongside other industry leaders at events and panels to talk about our vision for mobile in iGaming. The ability to maintain and raise our profile is key.

They will need to drive the improvement in our underlying go to market processes and the tools that drive this forward.  You will sit in the middle of a complex ecosystem of operators and partners.

iGaming experience is an advantage, deep mobile knowledge is an absolute must have.

Undergraduate degree or above.

5+ years working in mobile product management is a requirement.
