Job Description

This role based in Malta, joining an expanding global talent acquisition team and focussing on sourcing presenters for our live casino operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing live casino team. The Talent Acquisition team works to SLA's around quality, speed and number of hires for the business strategic needs, this role in particular will be focussed on volume due to the number of presenters needed but also quality. You will be passionate about talent acquisition and pull on previous experience to provide input into strategic direction. As a business we operate quite a flat structure so you must be comfortable communicating with the senior leadership team.  

  

What you will get to do; 

  • Understanding vacancy requirements 
  • Developing sourcing strategy using various techniques 
  • Volume hiring of presenters, outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who will be keen to be on camera! 
  • Qualifying and interviewing candidates and communicating job offers  
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate journey and experience
  • Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities than those stated above
