Are you a Creator?  Do you have excellent planning and stakeholder management skills?  Do you feel passionate about telling a story, about engaging audiences, and creating compelling content?  We are looking for a driven and talented marketing communications professional to create and deliver vibrant and engaging customer marketing campaigns.  We are looking for an energetic self-starter, with a proactive and creative approach to campaign generation, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry.

Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, who is based in Chicago, the Marketing Manager will be based in London, UK, delivering content and campaigns with a global reach and a regional feel. This role with work closely with internal teams and also engage directly with our customers as we seek to level-up our engagement with our operators and our players to drive game-take-up and game play.  The successful execution of our games campaigns and customer promotions will yield measurable revenue-generating results and the right candidate will have excellent opportunity for development and career progression.  

Essential Job Functions:

·  Own the marketing input into the overall game launch process, working closely with game development studios, content design teams and commercial teams globally, being the key point of contact for any game marketing requests or enquiries.

·   Ensure marketing assets and launch campaigns, for all propriety games, are planned and executed across multiple digital marketing channels, to meet game launch and customer marketing deadlines

·  Support Growth Marketing Director in the delivery of partnered customer promotions with our biggest operators globally, leading the creation, design and execution of content-driven digital marketing campaigns and provision of assets and collateral

·  Direct and approve the marketing asset creatives from the marketing creative studio for game launches & customer promotions, and any game related content, working with the Creative Services Manager and the marketing studio designers.

·  Help the commercial teams sell our games.  Own the packaging or our marketing asset packs for all proprietary game launches globally, for the US, Canada, UK and EMEA aligned to game launch plans and customer promotion priorities, including new franchise and brand opportunities

·  Manage our relationships with streamers and industry influencers and oversee provision of content for affiliates and streamers aligned with game launch plans

·  Contribute ideas and contents plans for iGaming events, editorials, blogs, and social media posts

·  Track performance of campaigns against KPIs set for the team

 

Qualifications

Required Experience:

·  A successful track record in developing effective, digital B2B or B2B2C marketing plans, from idea creation, through to development and campaign execution

·  Proven experience of art directing and/or crafting compelling content across a variety of platforms, including social media

·  Capable of measuring and analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities

·  Experience of marketing in igaming/gaming desirable, or otherwise in the field of entertainment is ideal.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

·  Excellent project management skills in relation to marketing campaigns and marketing asset delivery

·   Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

·   Working knowledge of photoshop or similar creative tools

·   A strong command of written English, with excellent communication skills, ability to write crisp, engaging copy, which is aligned to audience expectations

·   A proactive and creative approach to campaign generation with a content-focused perspective and outlook

·   Team player, a natural connector, enjoys building and cultivating successful working relationships

·   The ability to pivot quickly and apply an out-of-the-box mindset to bring creative solutions to problems

·   The ability to be organised in leading projects with multiple stakeholders

·   The aptitude to take ownership of a project or process and work with other contributors to deliver a successful and timely outcome
