Job Description

The Product Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining the regulatory compliance of online products in EMEA and Latin American jurisdictions, ensuring all product documentation is completed, submitted for audits/approval and provided to our partners in a timely manner. You must be disciplined, results oriented individual who has an eye for detail and is comfortable working under pressure.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely preparation of submissions to testing facilities.
  • Tracking and reporting the status of current submissions, coordinating information between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Registration of content approvals with the appropriate regulatory authorities.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive record of all archived data that internal teams and our partners rely on.
  • Maintaining internal change management documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of scheduled audits as required by regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, specifically Excel and SQL, having a good understanding of their applications to everyday tasks.
  • Capable of successfully executing projects through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of communicating in a professional manner across the organisation and client base.
  • Experience monitoring, managing and updating activities and tasks in a tracking system.
  • A solid understanding of the confidential nature of regulatory activities.
  • Previous experience in the Gaming industry is desirable.
  • Appropriate technical certifications or further education is desirable.
