Job Description
We have this fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our global PMO team. This role will take the lead on planning, implementing and managing new live online gaming studio projects with cross-functional teams.The role will work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, Technical departments and will regularly report the plans, results and deviations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support whole lifecycle of project management
- Communicate project status to senior management
- Participate in all aspects of project documentation, measure against defined success criteria, and support project handoffs across multiple workstreams.
- Bid, level, negotiate and award the General Contractor, Architects, Engineers, Designers and external vendors.
- Manage and distribute the work to the staff within the scope of the assignment description
- Establish and leverage key internal relationships to create a strong working team
- Provide support to teams to drive action items and follow up on unanswered questions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably related to construction in IT industry
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes, tools and workflows
- Ability to communicate frequently and effectively with key stakeholders
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to independently manage multiple small to medium scale projects from initiation through delivery
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
- Ability to travel
