We are looking for a passionate technical trainer to join the Learning & Development team and be based in our Athens office. You will be setting up our first Tech Academy in Athens and will help shape the future of our business through our talent!

Want to be a part of our ambitious and exciting growth plans for Athens? We are growing from 100 to 300 and you have the opportunity to build this academy for today and the future. Do you Talk Straight? Own it? And Create Better? Then this is an opportunity for you!

These are just some of the tasks you will be working on:

·Design the end to end 3-month academy with the help of internal SMEs

·Design courses and on-demand learning material for the academy

·Facilitate and deliver the academy

·Monitor and measure the impact of the training delivered

·Assess the performance of the academy learners and help identify development areas for them

·Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to create better 

The day-to-day responsibilities will be to:

·Impact people’s careers and development throughout the organisation

·Teach some of the most talented developers in the gaming industry

·Living our culture day to day and emulating that in all aspects of the academy so we are building the tech talent that’s right for our business! 

·Play an important part of our L&D team and help us grow.

As a Technical Learning & Development Specialist you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in:

·A solid background in technical training. 

·Experience designing and developing engaging Learning and Development workshops or courses, ideally a program of learning/academy. 

·Agile methodology, preferably with experience in a scrum master type role

·Some knowledge of L&D principles, including action learning and learning styles.

·Strong presentation skills and the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.

·Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.

·The ability to manage your own time and work accurately to deadlines.

A passion for sharing knowledge and evangelise our technologies

It would also be great to see these skills/experiences as well:

·Training qualification(s), a plus but not essential

·An interest in your own development and how you continuously grow your knowledge and experience

·Talk straight – tell it how it is! Be bold and make decisions!
