We are looking for a Head of Studio for the Michigan Live Casino Studio. This role will have overall management of Live Games operations in US Studio. You will be responsible for best-in-class execution and operations of Live Games focusing on the development and implementation of our number one priority, players experience.

We are looking for a person from a Land Based Casino with a strong interest in technology or a person from a TV production background that wants a new challenge. Igaming experience would be a positive. This is a new dynamic growing industry in the US and looking for someone who wants to enjoy the challenge in this fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build a world class local team from the ground up with the support of an experienced global management team. 
• Ensure that the operation is efficient and performance in accordance with the internal rules and regulation and systematically review all processes with the scope of consistently improving the quality of work in the studio for maximising the existent potential.
• Working in a highly regulated market you will need to ensure that the gaming policies, the games rules and regulations, the communication upstream and downstream between the departments and to upper management are well structured and followed, to achieve and maintain a timely and proficient execution of all tasks.
• Work with other teams to  develop new products, develop and execute promotional activities in the live games & provide expertise. and in-depth knowledge in the production and scoping of the business cases and new projects.
•  Ensures high level of quality operations, proper workflows, and cost control by effective and efficient head count and scheduling of shifts.
• Responsible for the budget of the studio.
• Collaborate with the business and product teams to ensure that all new games, features, and studios are delivered in time and at the established standards.

• Background in Live TV production, Land based Casino Operations or Live Casino would be a positive. 
• Strong understand for technology and AV equipment an advantage.
• Great leadership and line management skills in a 24/7 operation
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Auditing and monitoring of results and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
