An enterprise technology client is seeking an experienced live-streaming agency or freelance production team located near its New Pangyo office in Seongnam, South Korea.
The selected production partner will provide on-site technical production for live training events featuring engineers demonstrating printer operation, maintenance, and disassembly. The audience may include engineers, sales teams, and customer-support teams.
The first live event is currently scheduled for September 2, so immediate availability is strongly preferred. This opportunity may also lead to recurring live-streaming and technical production work throughout the year.
Job Description
This opportunity is ideal for experienced live-streaming professionals who are comfortable managing multi-camera productions, live switching, Zoom streaming, technical demonstrations, and event-day troubleshooting.
What You'll Do:
- Provide and operate a complete multi-camera live-streaming setup on-site.
- Stream and record live training sessions through Zoom.
- Set up professional cameras, lighting, audio, and video-switching equipment.
- Operate and switch smoothly between three live camera feeds.
- Capture clear close-up views of detailed technical demonstrations.
- Provide an overhead/top-down view of the demonstration area.
- Provide a front-facing view of the presenter and demonstration area.
- Operate a dedicated camera for close-ups and detailed shots.
- Test the complete production and Zoom workflow before each event.
- Conduct a full technical dry run with client stakeholders.
- Monitor audio, video, recording, and stream quality throughout each session.
- Troubleshoot technical issues before and during live events.
- Maintain reliable connectivity and an appropriate backup plan.
- Ensure the production setup remains compact and efficient for a space-constrained environment.
- Coordinate closely with both on-site and remote stakeholders.
- Provide a reliable and cost-effective technical production solution.
Event Requirements
The initial engagement is expected to include:
- Two live sessions
- Approximately 2 hours per session
- Streaming and recording through Zoom
- Full production setup and testing
- Advance technical testing
- Complete dry run with client stakeholders
- Live event-day technical support
Three-Camera Configuration:
The production setup should include:
- Overhead/top-down camera for the technical demonstration
- Front-facing camera covering the engineer and demonstration area
- Operator-controlled camera for close-ups and detailed shots
Production System:
The team must be able to provide:
- Professional video cameras
- Professional video switcher
- Professional lighting
- Clear audio suitable for technical training
- Stable internet connectivity
- Appropriate backup/contingency plan
- Recording capability in addition to the live Zoom stream
- Compact equipment setup suitable for a limited production space
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience producing multi-camera live events.
- Experience streaming and recording professional events through Zoom or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with live camera switching and technical directing.
- Professional video, lighting, audio, and switching equipment.
- Experience filming product, engineering, technical, or training demonstrations.
- Ability to conduct advance technical testing and a complete dry run.
- Strong troubleshooting and event-day production skills.
- Ability to work on-site at the client's New Pangyo office.
- Ability to manage a compact and efficient production setup.
- Strong communication skills when working with both on-site and remote stakeholders.
- Located within approximately 45 minutes of New Pangyo, Seongnam.

Location Requirement
The production team must be based within approximately 45 minutes of the client's New Pangyo office in Seongnam, South Korea.
The live sessions will take place on-site at the client's New Pangyo office. Because the production area may be space-constrained, the selected partner should be comfortable working with a compact and efficient production setup.
Additional Information
The client's internal team will provide the scripts, technical content, presenters, and overall creative direction. The selected production partner will be responsible for the technical execution of the live event, including equipment setup, testing, live switching, streaming, recording, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
The first event is scheduled for September 2, and immediate availability is strongly preferred.
This is a project-based engagement with potential for recurring work throughout the year, depending on product launches, technical-training schedules, and other business needs.
