We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Country Manager for Korea, who also serves as the sales leader for the region. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment and excels at managing competing priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 𝟓–𝟏𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, preferably supporting senior leaders within a technology company. This individual will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and ensuring the Country Manager can operate efficiently and effectively.

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to take initiative with minimal oversight.

Job Description

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Korea Country Manager and Sales Leader.
  • Manage a highly complex calendar with frequent changes, competing priorities, and last-minute requests. Coordinate meetings involving customers, executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
  • Prioritize incoming requests and proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts before they arise.
  • Partner with regional teams, particularly those based in Singapore, to coordinate leadership activities and communications.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate follow-up actions, and help ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Support travel planning, expense management, and other executive administrative responsibilities as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted partner to the Country Manager.
  • Work independently, exercising sound judgment and taking initiative without requiring significant direction.

  • Hybrid work environment based in Seoul, South Korea.
  • 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, with flexibility to work remotely on remaining days.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or business leaders.
  • Previous experience in a technology company is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing highly complex executive calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating customer meetings, leadership meetings, and executive-level events.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Fluent Korean (required) – Native or business-level proficiency.
  • Professional English (required) – Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with regional teams, particularly those based in Singapore.
