Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Taxonomy Analysts to support taxonomy operations by labeling and classifying job and resume data, improving metadata quality, standardizing job titles, mapping occupations, and validating structured data. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate, consistent taxonomy data that supports large-scale AI and search systems while following established labeling guidelines and quality standards.

We are currently hiring for multiple language-specific openings. Candidates must possess native-level fluency in one of the following languages:

• English

• Swedish

• Spanish

• German

• French

• Dutch

Professional English communication skills are required for meetings, written feedback, Slack, and day-to-day collaboration.

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• 3-5 years of experience

• Native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English, Swedish, Spanish, German, French, or Dutch.

• Professional English communication skills for meetings, written feedback, Slack, and day-to-day collaboration.

• Experience with taxonomy, metadata management, or content classification.

• Experience with data labeling, annotation, or data validation.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition.

• Ability to follow detailed labeling guidelines and exercise sound judgment.

• Experience reviewing high-volume datasets.

• Experience supporting localization or multilingual content.

 

Nice to Have Skills:

• HR/job taxonomy knowledge • SQL or Excel/Google Sheets • Experience with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)

 

Language & Market Expertise

Candidates should have native-level proficiency in one of the supported languages and familiarity with the employment market for that language. Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting one or more of the following markets:

• English: Ireland, India, United Arab Emirates, Australia, or Singapore

• Swedish: Sweden

• Spanish: Spain, Mexico, or the Spanish-speaking United States

• German: Germany or Switzerland (Switzerland preferred)

• French: France, Belgium, or Switzerland

• Dutch: Netherlands or Belgium
