Job Description
We are seeking a Torii SaaS Management & Automation Specialist to support the administration, data quality, reporting, integrations, and governance of a large enterprise SaaS management environment. This contractor will help maintain Torii as a reliable source of truth for application ownership, contracts, renewals, license usage, costs, and governance data across the organization.
This role is well suited for someone with experience managing SaaS platforms or complex technology products, strong enterprise contract and procurement operations experience, and the ability to work across IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain contract metadata, ownership records, renewal timelines, license allocations, and related SaaS data within Torii.
- Maintain accurate records for application ownership, technical ownership, renewal calendars, license usage, and contract details.
- Track Workday updates and conduct internal data investigations to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
- Perform contract reviews, cost analysis, license usage analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct recurring data audits to ensure SaaS records remain accurate, complete, and reliable.
- Build or support API integrations and automated provisioning and offboarding workflows.
- Monitor existing integrations with internal tools and help ensure they are functioning properly.
- Validate Application Owners and Technical Owners and support ongoing data governance.
- Educate Application Owners on responsibilities, data quality expectations, and governance processes.
- Evaluate newly discovered applications and collaborate with Procurement and Security teams.
- Support identification of application business purpose, ownership, and security governance status.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent system changes.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms or complex technology products.
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise contracts, including cost centers, license utilization, terms and conditions, and procurement processes.
- Background or working knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Legal, Finance, or a closely related enterprise operations function.
- Familiarity with API integrations and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including reporting and deep-dive analysis.
- Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies and data quality issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, leadership teams, and application owners.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent system changes.
- Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

- Experience with SaaS management platforms such as Torii.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with application catalog or IT governance frameworks.
- Exposure to security governance processes for enterprise applications.
