#119768 - Tech Lead, Java/Spring Boot & React Production Platform
- Contract
Job Description
We are seeking a Tech Lead to support a live, production event-management platform used for high-volume hiring events. This role is focused on diagnosing and resolving production issues, supporting active events, coordinating across engineering and client-facing teams, and helping lead a group of engineers through onboarding, ownership, and delivery.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The right candidate will be a senior-level engineer who can ramp quickly, work independently, manage ambiguity, take ownership of production issues, and help guide other engineers without requiring close direction.
Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, triage, and resolve production issues related to live hiring events.
- Debug issues across backend, frontend, data, and integration layers.
- Work closely with client-facing support and go-to-market teams to understand, prioritize, and resolve support tickets.
- Respond quickly to production alerts, system degradation, or performance issues.
- Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner to meet established SLAs.
- Support architecture changes and system integrations that impact event-management workflows.
- Maintain and update event logic as dependencies, integrations, and systems change.
- Own code changes from investigation through merge and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership, onboarding support, and shepherding for other engineers.
- Coordinate technical work across multiple projects and help the team prioritize effectively.
- Use data to troubleshoot production issues and guide resolution.
