An enterprise client is seeking a Luxe Home Consultant to act as a luxury quality spotter, ensuring their homes in US - Outer Banks consistently meet impeccable guest standards.
Job Description
- Conduct thorough onsite home assessments with a detailed report provided to you
- Uphold our luxury and quality standards
- Foster strong relationships with Hosts
- Be responsive to emails and MediaBox scheduling
Qualifications
- Background in hospitality, customer service, real estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing assignments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Additional Information
- This role involves in-person, on-site home consultations
- To be eligible for assignments, availability of at least 4 days per week with 4-hour availability windows on those days is required
- Availability should generally align with standard business hours
- Home consultations last approximately 2 hours on average, depending on the number of rooms, plus travel time to reach the location
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations is required
- Work volumes may fluctuate throughout the duration of the project and are not assured. Some weeks may see significant workloads, while others may be quieter.
