We are seeking a Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional product and platform initiatives that require strong coordination across product, engineering, UX, and leadership stakeholders. This role will help drive planning, execution, dependency management, risk management, and roadmap alignment across initiatives involving account unification, identity and access capabilities, messaging integrations, and AI-related work.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large, cross-team product and platform programs
- Partner with product, engineering, UX, and leadership stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and drive delivery
- Translate a backlog of initiatives into structured programs and projects with clear objectives, milestones, and ownership
- Manage dependencies, risks, decision points, and key program artifacts across multiple workstreams
- Create and maintain project plans, RACI frameworks, status updates, and related delivery documentation
- Support roadmap coordination and execution across ongoing product, platform, and user experience initiatives
- Proactively identify issues and propose practical, solutions-oriented paths forward

Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of high-level architecture and system flows
- Strong program and project management fundamentals
- Experience creating and managing key delivery artifacts such as project plans and RACI frameworks
- Ability to think critically and approach problems with a logical, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Clear and effective English communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders including technical leads, product managers, directors, product teams, and engineering teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives and translate them into structured programs and projects
- Proactive ownership of deliverables, including defining objectives and identifying risks

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting AI-related initiatives
- Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
